11 toppers in medical entrance exam
Chennai: Eleven students have emerged toppers in the medical stream of the Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination 2005 (TNPCEE 2005), the results of which were published here on Thursday by Anna University. Chennai student G. Srinivasa Prasad topped the engineering stream.
The eleven medical toppers — K.K. Arun Kumar from Namakkal, C. Anitha from Karur, R. Mary Stella from Krishnagiri, S.J. Divya Lakshmi from Pollachi, L. Sundaravadivel from Vellore, B. Balamuralidharan from Kancheepuram, K.B. Jagdeesh Khanna from Dindigul, G.R. Dhivyambigai from Erode, L. Ajeitha from Rasipuram, J. Charles from Madurai and A. Mahesh from Sivaganga — scored hundred per cent while Srinivas Prasad scored 98.88 per cent. A total of 1051 students scored hundred per cent in biology, 20 had done so in physical sciences. Mathematics results were lower with only two students scoring 48.88 per cent.
