Rank list for MBA/MCA courses released
Chennai: The rank list of candidates, who have sought admission
to MBA/MCA degree courses offered in government, government-aided
and self-financing colleges and arts and sciences colleges under
the purview of the Directorate of Technical Education and Directorate
of Collegiate Education, is available on the website www.gct.ac.in.
Counselling for the MCA degree courses will be held at the Government
College of Technology, Coimbatore, as per the marks obtained
by the candidates in TANCET- 2008, and the rank published. Counselling
will be held from July 14 to 25, including on Sunday.
Candidates have been intimated about the counselling. Candidates
who had applied for admission and secured the marks specified
may appear for counselling along with all original certificates
even if they do not receive the call letter.
Candidates attending counselling have to pay Rs.5,300 (Rs.1,150
in case of SC/ST candidates) by cash or demand draft drawn in
favour of ‘The Secretary, Tamil Nadu MBA/MCA Admissions
2008, GCT, Coimbatore’, payable at Coimbatore.
Counselling for MBA degree course will start from July 26. A
detailed schedule for MBA counselling will be released shortly,
according to a press release.
