Counselling dates released
Chennai: The Department of Technical Education on Monday released
counselling dates for candidates seeking admission to second
year of B.E./B.Tech programmes through the lateral entry scheme.
The counselling will be held at Alagappa Chettiar College of
Engineering, Karaikudi.
The counselling for candidates applying to all branches in the
Special Reservation category will be held on June 25. Counselling
for candidates of group four (chemical engineering), group five
(textile engineering), group six (printing) and group seven
(leather) will also be held on June 25.
For those of group one (civil) it will be held on June 26 and
group two (mechanical) on June 26 and 27. For those of group
three (electrical) it will be held from June 27 to July 4. For
group eight (B.Sc.) candidates the counselling will be held
on July 6, a press release said.
Candidates are expected to be present on their date of counselling
