PRATHYUSHA - Genesis of a Power
House to create technological supremacy. Situated over a sprawling 45
acres of eco-green surroundings at ARANVOYAL KUPPAM ( 30 km from Chennai
and around 10 km from Poonamallee ) is PRATHYUSHA ENGG. COLLEGE - the
modern 'high temple' of value-added technical education.
The campus has been planned taking into consideration the ever increasing
demand for space. The college building is ever expanding and has more
than 1 lakh sq. ft. of built up area to its credit to house the lecture
halls labs, libraries and work shops. All these facilities are well
stocked with furniture equipment and tools. Hostel and mess facilities
are also present.
LIBRARY: A capacious library cum reading room is available
for the use of the staff and the students of the institution. All students
and staff of the institution are members of the library and are entitled
to borrow books and journals from the library. The library and the reading
room will be kept open on all the working days.
COMPUTER LAB: Students are encouraged to adopt computer
- aided learning. Fully air conditioned computer lab with 180 computers
with advanced and latest Software technologies along with Internet connection
has been provided.
HOSTELS: Secured, spacious and separate Hostel facilities
are available for girls and body within the campus. Accomodation is
available for more than 400 boys and 150 girls on a twin sharing basis.
Two Dy. wardens under the guidance of Chief warden (Principal) administer
both the hostels. Trained personnel are present as security guards to
provide a sense of security in the hostels. Adequate medical facilities
is always available.

The College has a Placement Cell under the supervision of fully qualified Placement
Officer. The cell has been interacting with industries and business
centers to conduct campus interviews for placement assistance to all
the students.
