Mode of Payment (DD):
Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai" payable at Chennai from any Nationalised bank on or after 05.11.2009. The name and address of the candidate should be written in the reverse of the demand draft.
Application Forms:

• In Person: Application forms can be obtained on payment by Demand Darft from Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai - 600 025. Application forms can also be obtained on payment by cash at notified study centres outside Chennai.
  
  
• By Post: Application form can also be obtained by post by sending Demand Draft along with a requisition letter and a self addressed slip to the Director, Center for Distance Education, Anna University, Chennai - 600 025.
  
  
• Through Website: The application form can also be Downloaded from the Anna University website www.annauniv.edu/cde and send the application along with Demand Draft towards registration fee to the below address.
  
  
• Applying Online: The application form can also be submitted via Online from the Anna University website www.annauniv.edu/cde and take a printout of Application form from the same computer from which you Filling the Online Application. The printout of filled in online application form along with the demand draft, and self addressed post card to the below address.
  

Eligbility:
1) M.B.A: (I) Any Bachelor degree and (II) A pass in the entrance test conducted by Anna university Chennai. All degrees must have been obtained in 10+2+3 pattern.

2) M.C.A: Any Bachelor Degree. The candiadte should have studied core Mathematics either at +2 level or Mathematics / Statistics / Computer oriented subject as one of the subjects at the degree level and a pass in the entrance exam conducted by Anna University Chennai. All degrees must have been obtained in 10+2+3 pattern.

3)M.Sc: B.Sc Mathematics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Electronics (or) B.Sc (Physics / Statistics / Chemistry) / B.E.S with Mathematics or Comouter Science as allied subject (or) B.Sc Applied Science (Computer Technology / Information Technology / Computer Systems Maintenance and Networking) (or) B.C.A (or) B.E / B.Tech (Any branch) and a pass in the entrance exam conducted by Anna University Chennai. All degrees must have been obtained in 10+2+3 pattern.

The completed application forms should reach "The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai - 600 025 on or before 31.12.2009.
