Sri Sai Ram Institute
of Management Studies (SIMS) is a leading and
premier institution, situated at Tambaram near well-known
tourist attraction “Kishkinta”. As a unit
of Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, it
aims to impart high quality management education along
with inculcation of professional values and developments
of the innate human potential.
SIMS was established during the year 1998, in recognition
of the vital need to develop competent managers and to
meet the growing needs of the industry. With the motto
“Prosperity through innovative management”
SIMS helps students to add value to the basic graduation
with professional post-graduate qualification in management.
Besides fulfilling the requirements of the University
of Madras, students participate in workshops, seminar,
guest lectures, industrial visits and inter collegiate
events. This orientation has made our institute, within
a few years of its establishment to emerge as one of the
sought after institutions for management education
SIMS has been rated as one of the Top 100 Business Schools
in India consecutively for the past two years by the national
level survey conducted by Dalal Street Journal, Mumbai.
