Note:-
  • Candidates are requested to be present 1 hour in advance for counseling.

  • Candidates are informed to produce original certificates required as specified in the prospectus.

  • No individual intimation will be sent for re-allotment for Govt Medical Colleges. The Dean of the concerned Medical colleges will give instructions to the candidates regarding the reallotment.

  • Call letter will be sent only for allotment in Govt Medical/Dental and Self Financing Dental Colleges.

  • Re-allotment to Government Medical Colleges will be allowed only for the candidates who have joined in the Government Medical Colleges and they should produce the bona-fide certificate from the respective Medical Colleges along with the Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- as processing fee drawn in favour of the Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai-10

  • Those candidates who were absent /not joined/discontinued are not allowed for re-allotment in Government Medical Colleges.

  • Those candidates who have opted for Self Financing Medical Colleges when seats in Govt Medical college where available are not allowed for allotment to Government Medical colleges.

  • Even if the candidates do not receive the call letter they can attend the counseling as per their marks/rank in the counselling schedule.

  • Allotment/re-allotment is subject to the availability of seats since more number of candidates have been called for counseling than the actual number of vacancies.

  • If the candidates do not attend the counseling as called for their names will not be maintained in the wait list if the vacancies are exhausted.

  • Candidates selected under special category (Children of Ex-servicemen, eminent sports person, physically challenged) are not eligible for re-allotment at any stage of counseling.

  • Candidates selected for Government colleges have to remit DD for Rs.10,500 for MBBS, Rs.8500 for BDS (Rs.8500/- for MBBS, Rs.7500 for BDS for SC,SCA,ST candidates) drawn in favour of the ‘Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai-10’. If the candidates do not join the course, the amount paid will not be refunded.

  • If the candidates selected for Self Financing Institutions, they have to remit a ‘Non refundable sum of Rs. 25,000/- by DD drawn in favour of ‘Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai-10. If the candidate does not join the course, the amount of Rs. 25,000 will not be refunded.

  • Candidates have to produce a separate DD for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of ‘Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai-10’ as processing fee for allotment/re-allotment which will not be refunded.

  • The details regarding the daily vacancy/allotment position shall be viewed at the website tn.health.org/tn.gov.in.

  • Candidates are requested to paste Photo in the call letter
